Production times are currently 10-12 business days. If your order is large, we will print a sample first to confirm color with you. Sample times are around 4 days.
We ship via courier only. We will select UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the current situation. We choose the fastest shipping method to get your order to you. On average, shipping times are 6 days.
Where are your products from?
We work with reliable suppliers located around the world. Some of our products are made in Canada, others are made in the USA, while others are sourced from Asia. We have been in this business for over 15 years and have developed excellent relationships with overseas suppliers.
All artwork is designed in-house in our studio in Canada. We design and personally select the material used for our products. Having an international team allows us to offer very competitive pricing and deliver excellent quality control.
We ship all of our products using express shipping via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you will know where your order is at all times.

Neck Gaiters
What are your neck gaiters made from?
We offer cooling neck gaiters in two material weights (140gsm and 180gsm). The standard weight (140gsm) is our most popular neck gaiter. The premium weight (180gsm) is a denser material to provide more coverage.
The material we use is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, a cooling fabric that is soft on skin, moisture-wicking, offers UV sun protection, and comfortable to wear all day.
Do neck gaiters protect from viruses?
Neck gaiters are face coverings used to protect from dust and the sun and can be worn in situations where non-medical face coverings are required. They do not substitute for N95 masks as effective protection against viruses. We make no claims that neck gaiters offer protection from viruses.
We offer neck gaiters with pockets for a homemade or dust filter. Studies have shown that homemade masks made out of thick cotton, such as tea towels and t-shirts, offer some protection against viruses. A recent Duke study demonstrated which materials are most effective at blocking particles, and cotton ranked high on the list, especially when triple-layered. The pockets in our neck gaiters allow for multiple layers of densely woven cotton. Thin material bandanas without pockets ranked poorly.
Take a look at our two material weights: standard and premium. The standard material is thinner with a fabric weight of 140gsm. Our premium material is thicker with a fabric weight of 180gsm. Both of these come with or without pockets for filters.

Are your neck gaiters long enough to fold it to make two layers?
Yes, our neck gaiters are 45cm x 25cm (17.71″ x 9.84″). They are long enough to fold lengthwise to create a double layer.
Do you sell double-layer neck gaiters?
Yes, we do! We custom-make a double-layer neck gaiter in 140gsm cooling material. These neck gaiters are reversible, so you can choose two designs–one for the inside and one for the outside. See here for information on double-layer gaiters.
Cooling Towels
What is a CoolTowel?
Cooling towels help to reduce body temperature in hot weather by offering cooling relief.
The CoolTowel is a mesh cloth towel that retains water while remaining somewhat dry. It is washable, reusable, and durable. It hangs like a scarf around the neck or can be tied around the head, worn under a hard hat, etc.
Can you design my CoolTowel for me?
Yes! We offer free design services. Send us your logo and images. In consultation with you, we’ll come up with a design to make your brand look great. You approve the design before anything gets printed!
Do you charge setup fees or any other charges?
Nope! What you see on our website is what you pay plus shipping via courier. There are no hidden charges. That said, however, we import our coolwraps and cannot be responsible for any duties and/or border taxes that may or may not be charged in your country. We ship your order directly from our overseas supplier. In ordering from us, you agree to pay the import tax and duties in your country. In general, this only applies to very large orders.
How much are your shipping fees?
We ship direct to you using primarily FedEx or DHL. Before you order, we will quote you the price for your order + shipping costs. Our goals is to keep shipping costs as low yet as quick as possible.
How long do I have to wait to get my order of Cooling Towels?
Depending on the product, turnaround is anywhere from 18 days to 25 days including shipping to you. The quickest to produce are the CoolTowels. The snap-style CoolWraps take the longest because there are more steps involved in production.

How do I activate my CoolTowel?
Wet your towel in water as you would a facecloth. Wring out the water. Shake or snap it to distribute the water throughout the mesh layer. Wear. To refresh, rinse in water.
Do I need to use cold water to activate my CoolTowel?
No, you can use any temperature water.
How long does the cooling effect last?
Two hours or more. Wet again to reactivate.
What if I don’t have access to running water out in the field or hiking in the mountains?
Some CoolTowel users say they carry a small plastic bag with them. They pour water from their water bottle into the bag. They dip their towel into the bag to refresh it and reactivate the cooling effect.
Who uses the CoolTowel?
