How to Order In a Nutshell

  1. Place your order through our website or call us.
  2. Email artwork to bob@coolwrap2go.com. Don’t have artwork? No problem. We can design it for you. Just send us your high resolution logo and color preferences and we’ll put together some mockups for you to choose from. 
  3. Look for an email from us (usually the same day!) with an order confirmation and artwork proof. Confirm the artwork is exactly the way you want it.
  4. Wait about 5 business days for an email from us. We will send you a photo of a printed sample of your CoolWrap2Go. If everything is OK, we will proceed with printing your entire order.
  5. We print your order and send you a tracking number when it has been shipped to you.
  6. Once your CoolWraps2Go have arrived at your location, start handing them out to your employees or customers!

Worldwide Shipping

As we work closely with an international printing company, all orders are shipped internationally and directly to you.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS. We choose the best shipping provider based on the schedule and destination. When we quote your order, we will tell you the shipping cost to your address.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your product is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. We will also track your shipment.

Color Matching

We use the dye sublimation imprint method. Printing is digital. Colors are in CMYK and printing on fabric will slightly alter the color. Colors may not exactly match the colors on your monitor (monitor colors are in RGB).

If you have concerns about this, please contact us and we will do our best to match the colors for you. A tolerance of +/- 10% color variation while printing on fabric is normal. If you wish to print an all-black CoolTowel, please contact us as there are limitations.

Pre-Production Proofs

We want you to have control over the look and feel of your CoolWrap2Go. We will never go ahead with printing without your approval. In fact, we will send you two proofs:

  1. The artwork proof must be approved by you before we print a sample cool towel or neck wrap.
  2. Once we print one sample, we will email a photo of it to you for approval. One printed sample is included in our prices. Additional printed samples can be done at an additional charge of $150 USD each. (If you want us to mail it to you, additional charges apply. Contact us.)

Customs, Charges, Taxes, Duties

Our orders are shipped directly to you from our overseas suppliers and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. 

The buyer is responsible for paying all taxes/duties/fees that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection.

Production Times

We will print a sample of your CoolWrap2Go for your approval by email. We will take a photo of it and send the photo to you. The sample takes about 5 business days to print. (We print a sample to ensure the CoolWrap2Go is exactly the way you want it before committing to producing the entire order. If your order is urgent, this step can be skipped. By request and sign off only.)

After the sample has been approved, we will begin printing your entire order. Printing time will be confirmed with you at time of order. We will then ship your order of CoolWraps2Go.

Cooling Towel Product Care

CoolTowels are 55% polyester and 45% nylon. Our towels are printed in China. We have a long-standing relationship with our manufacturers and work with them to ensure high quality products. We quality test a selection of towels from each order before shipping.

Wash dark colored CoolTowels alone before wearing. Dark colors may transfer when new. Machine wash cold (30C/85F) with like colors. Hang dry. No iron. No bleach. No softeners.

Cancellation and Returns

As CoolWraps2Go are custom printed, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after production of the complete order has begun. However, you will have two opportunities to cancel the order before production begins:

Step 1:

We will send you an artwork proof for approval. At this point, if you cancel the order we will deduct $150US from your refund as a design fee.

Step 2:

After we have printed a physical sample of your custom CoolWrap2Go, we will send you a photo for approval to continue printing. If you cancel the order at this point, we will refund your order minus $250USD sample fee. (Each additional sample you have printed costs $150USD and this will be deducted from your refund if applicable).

Step 3:

Once the physical sample has been approved by you in Step 2 above, we cannot cancel production. No refunds can be issued at that point.
